Force Athletics is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing Central Florida a variety of sports programs to develop players at all levels of play (recreational, travel, and elite). We are proud to offer high quality youth sports programs, camps, clinics, leagues, and AAU travel and elite teams to Polk County, Lake County, Osceola County and Orange County Florida athletes.
We are committed to results that exceed expectations. At Force Athletics we aim to help each athlete achieve their goals and reach their maximum potential, while also instilling qualities such as commitment, integrity, teamwork, sportsmanship and confidence that enhance each athlete’s leadership qualities on and off the court/field.
Based in the Davenport, FL area, Force Athletics was created by a team of individuals who have extensive backgrounds and education in sports, coaching and sports business. There was a noticeable need for youth programs, individualized sport specific skills training, sports development and elite competitive play for all ages in the Central Florida geographic area. With their combined experience, backgrounds, love of sports and commitment to youth, these individuals decided to team up and provide a credible youth-centered program and coaching resources that increase all levels of play and help develop the talent of all participating athletes leaving them better players and better individuals.

Monica Hill is a USA, AAU, NCAA and JVA certified volleyball, basketball, and softball coach coach that brings over 13 years of Athletic administration and Coaching experience. As a certified Michigan High school athletic administrator, Monica received several awards including Athletic Director of the Year and helped secure and oversee a 5-million-dollar district athletic grant. She currently holds the record for number of wins and won back to back school district titles as well as received Coach of the Year. She has owned Force athletics for over 8 and as head coach she secured several 1st place MJVBA power league titles, state of Michigan 1st place AAU state title, and a USAV National Silver title. Monica has coached both girls and boys of all ages and expertise and is passionate about making children great both on and off the court.
Mike Hill is a NCAA and AAU National award winning basketball coach with over 11 years experience coaching a variety of sports including baseball, soccer, bowling and basketball. He secured several 1st place district titles while head coach for Michigan's 3rd largest school district. As a founder of Force Athletics, he oversees all aspects of the program operations. Additionally, as the Director of Operations and Head Coach of boy's basketball, he successfully secured 2 AYBT National titles, as well as NCAA boy's basketball title. He gamed several AAU and AYBT State 1st Place Championship wins. He played a majori role in helping many athletes during the college recruitment process and deeply enjoys assisting athletes accomplish their goals.
